Jim May and Roland Cundy - On Your Side in Finchampstead!
Roland Cundy and Jim May are the team to vote for in Thursday's local elections in Finchampstead.
For Finchampstead North - Vote Roland Cundy.
Roland is married to teacher Lesley and has lived in Finchampstead for 20 years. He is now a business manager at a local doctor's surgery.
As current Chair of Finchampstead Parish Council, former district councillor, governor at two local schools and treasurer for two registered charities, the local community knows Roland for his hard work and commitment to local people. "I am very keen to ensure that the high standards of education given to the children in the Finchampstead schools is maintained through the wholehearted support of our excellent teaching staff", said Roland.
For Finchampstead South - Vote Jim May.
Jim was born and raised in Finchampstead, where he has lived for over 50 years. He is a qualified civil engineer and has spent the last 25 years running the family business. He has a long standing interest in local politics, has been a school governor at a local primary school and is married to former parish and district councillor, Celia May. Together they have campaigned on environmental issues and Jim was instrumental in securing Warren Wood as an open public space for the community. If elected he would like to protect and conserve Finchampstead for future generations.
A Vote for the Lib Dem Team is a Vote for:
1. Campaigning for a Secondary School
2. Campaigning for Fairer Slice of Council Funding
